Favourite dishes look particularly stunning in this deep plate. It rests on a small pedestal that emphasises its organic shape and lends it a special lightness. The gently curved rim characterises the classic design and is reminiscent of traditional Portuguese ceramic art.
Whether it’s creamy pasta, hearty stews or warming soups – the deep plate cradles food protectively whilst showcasing it in style. Together with the other pieces in the tableware collection of the same name, it creates a harmonious overall look on the laid table.
The plate is manufactured in a workshop in northern Portugal. The sturdy stoneware ensures it is comfortable to use in everyday life and is suitable for the dishwasher, microwave and oven.

About the collaboration
What began with mutual appreciation for each other’s distinctive style has developed into a genuine collaboration. The SCHÖNER WOHNEN-Kollektion and onomao have jointly developed a tableware collection. This project brings together two parties with different areas of expertise and organisational structures, yet who share a common language: a passion for design, interior décor, and colours, shapes and materials. The result is the VINDA collection – a tableware set comprising six essential shapes, characterised by its versatility. The pieces are designed for everyday use: from the small breakfast bowl and coffee mug to the deep plate for pasta in the evening. The range is complemented by a vase and a candlestick, which round off the table setting to create a harmonious whole.
